The Education Commission (EC) at its meeting today (Monday) noted the presentations by Professor K M Cheng and Mr Tai Hay-lap, the two Working Group Chairmen on the review of the education system.

The Chairman, Mr Antony Leung said: "We are pleased to see that the two Working Groups and its Sub-groups are making very good progress. In the course of the review, the Working Groups and Sub-groups will work closely with other education groups in the deliberation of various issues."

"The Commission will consult the public by phases as it formulates its proposals," Mr Leung said.
